We’re looking for a Harley-Davidson Sales Person who knows how to connect riders with the bikes of their dreams. At our dealership, you’re not just selling motorcycles – you’re selling a lifestyle.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers, listen to their stories, and match them with the perfect Harley.
- Showcase motorcycles, gear, and accessories with knowledge and confidence.
- Deliver legendary customer service—every day, every time.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of all Harley-Davidson models and upgrades.
- Assist the Finance & Insurance Department when needed.
What You Bring:
- A passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (automotive or motorcycle sales a huge plus).
- High-energy attitude, excellent communication, and serious people skills.
- Ability to hit sales targets—and love every second of it.
- Bonus Points:
- Motorcycle license (or the desire to get one!)
- Prior experience in powersports or Harley dealerships.
- Desire to move up to the Assistant Sales Manager role.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
