Your new role

🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate group accounting and financial consolidation functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly financial close processes across multiple reporting entities.
  • Review and reconcile consolidated financial and management reports for regional business units.
  • Collaborate closely with group leadership and regional finance teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring for corporate entities.
  • Champion process optimization and cost control initiatives across the group.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and banking covenants.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for year-end statutory reporting.
  • Support special projects including M&A activities, entity restructuring, and new setups.
  • Manage tax compliance across jurisdictions, including corporate tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing.
  • Liaise with tax advisors and authorities to resolve queries and ensure timely filings.
  • Prepare quarterly Effective Tax Rate (ETR) reports and support global tax compliance initiatives such as BEPS 2.0.

What you'll need to succeed

🎓 Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Professional certification (CA/CPA) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in group consolidation and reporting.
  • Background in Big 4 audit firms and/or multinational corporations in manufacturing or commodities is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse cultures and functions.
