With ambitious expansion plans across both the UK and US, this is an exciting opportunity to shape financial strategy across a dynamic, multi:brand, multi:site business.
What Youll Do
- Shape and execute group:wide financial strategy
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and risk across multiple sites
- Partner with operational teams to optimize commercial performance
- Lead and develop a high:performing finance function
- Drive M and A activity, acquisitions, and integration initiatives
- Get hands:on with the finance function : spotting opportunities, implementing efficiencies, and delivering cost savings
You Are
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with senior finance leadership experience
- Experienced in leading a finance function in a multi:brand or multi:site environment
- Proven M and A experience and commercial acumen
- Board:level communicator, decisive, and commercially minded
- People:oriented leader who can inspire and develop teams
- Practical, penny:wise mindset with a focus on cost control and value creation
