About the Opportunity

Ameera Talent Solutions has been exclusively retained to appoint a Group Chief Financial Officer for a well-established international holding group headquartered in Cairo.

This executive leadership role is suited to an experienced Group CFO who has successfully led the finance function across multiple companies or business units within a holding group environment. Working closely with the CEO and Board, you will shape the Group's financial strategy, strengthen governance, optimise performance and support continued international growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy.
  • Lead Corporate Finance, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Tax, Audit, Compliance and Financial Reporting.
  • Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital management.
  • Drive financial performance across multiple business entities.
  • Manage banking relationships, funding and liquidity.
  • Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the Group finance leadership team.
  • Support international operations and strategic expansion initiatives.

 

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Group Chief Financial Officer, CFO or Group Finance Director within a holding group or diversified organisation.
  • Proven leadership of multi-entity finance operations.
  • Strong expertise in Corporate Finance, Treasury, FP&A and Financial Reporting.
  • Excellent commercial and strategic leadership skills.
  • Experience presenting to Boards and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance and risk management.
  • Advanced ERP and financial systems experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
  • MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA or CMA is highly desirable.

Salary

EGP 350,000 – 450,000 per month, depending on experience.
