Job Description
Senior leadership role responsible for driving growth, EPC business development, plant operations, and financial-commercial performance at the head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and strategic growth initiatives
- Lead EPC business development and client engagement
- Oversee plant operations and execution efficiency
- Manage commercial, financial, and operational performance
- Lead teams and build strong organizational capability
Preferred Candidates
B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgical, Production Engineering or equivalent
MBA from a reputed institution with specialization in Operations, Marketing, Finance, or General Management preferred
Experience in EPC, structural steel, heavy engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or civil products
Age preference up to 50 years
