We are looking for a Finance Manager in Guatemala!

We are seeking a strategic finance leader who can strengthen our operations, optimize resources, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and financial optimization initiatives.

• Provide accurate financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure compliance, risk management, and effective internal controls.

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. CPA is a plus.

• 5+ years of financial management experience, including full-cycle finance operations.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial regulations, and compliance in Guatemala.

• Advanced skills in Excel, financial systems, and data analysis tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

• English as a working language; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience in logistics, international operations, or Latin American markets is highly valued.
