Geneva Finance is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Managers to lead and expand our dealer and intermediary network across vehicle and personal finance.
About the role:
This is a senior opportunity suited to someone with a strong track record in managing dealer/intermediary relationships. You’ll be confident influencing outcomes, building trusted partnerships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive lending environment.
Please note:
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates without relevant industry experience and established networks will not be considered.
What you’ll bring:
• Proven background in vehicle finance, personal lending or financial services
• Strong experience managing dealer or intermediary relationships
• Ability to build trust, influence behaviour, and grow business performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded with a results-driven approach
• Full NZ driver’s licence
Key responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of dealers and introducers
• Drive uptake of vehicle finance and personal lending products
• Support partners with compliance and regulatory expectations
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
