About the Client:

Our client is a fast-growing, APAC-based professional services platform backed by seasoned industry veterans. With strong momentum across Southeast Asia — particularly in Singapore — the business is entering its next phase of disciplined growth and integration.

They are now seeking a Head of Singapore to take full ownership of the local market, with the potential to expand into broader regional responsibilities over time, aligned to performance and ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L Ownership & Market Leadership: Assume full end-to-end responsibility for the Singapore P&L, driving profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
  • Post-Merger Integration: Lead the integration of newly acquired businesses into a cohesive operating model while ensuring business continuity and client confidence.
  • Operational Excellence & Governance: Standardise processes across governance, workflows, financial reporting, CRM, invoicing, KYC, and analytics to strengthen internal adherence capabilities.
  • Commercial & Client Stewardship: Safeguard key corporate relationships, support upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and work closely with on-the-ground sales teams to optimise recurring revenue while driving selective new growth.
  • Stakeholder Management & Influence: Gain alignment and buy-in from seasoned internal partners, influencing without ego and leading with credibility and pragmatism.
  • Future Regional Scope (Merit-Based): As the Singapore platform stabilises and scales, there is opportunity to take on broader Southeast Asia responsibilities, aligned to the individual’s performance and strategic capability.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 15+ years of senior leadership experience in professional services, corporate services, or multi-entity platforms, with proven P&L ownership and post-merger integration exposure.
  • Strong operational leadership with hands-on execution capability
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to maintain and grow corporate accounts
  • Demonstrated business leadership experience in Singapore, with ambition to scale into broader regional coverage
  • High stakeholder intelligence and the ability to navigate complex, multi-jurisdiction environments
  • Cross-cultural fluency, with experience engaging corporates and professional intermediaries
