General Manager – Food & Beverage (Valencia + Netherlands)
At YOUNG, we are building a portfolio of hospitality concepts across Europe, focused on creating strong operators and scalable businesses.
We are looking for a hands-on General Manager – Food & Beverage to build and lead the operational structure across multiple locations.
We need someone who can bring structure, ownership and performance into a growing environment — not just manage, but build.
This is not a desk role. You will be on-site, deeply involved in operations, setting the foundations and driving performance through local managers.
What you’ll do
• Be present on-site to understand real operations
• Build clear structures per venue (operations, reporting, performance)
• Analyze profitability, seasonality, labour and cost structures
• Implement reporting and forecasting discipline
• Optimize menu performance, pricing and margins
• Define operational standards, routines and training frameworks
• Supervise and coach local managers (without removing ownership)
What we need
• Strong background in restaurant operations (multi-site is a plus)
• Someone who is hands-on and comfortable on the floor
• Strong financial and operational understanding
• A structured, pragmatic and consistent way of working
• A leader who builds accountability without micromanaging
• Based in Valencia
• Willing to travel to the Netherlands ~2 weeks per month (alternating)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Dutch is a plus)

Requirements
• Proven experience in restaurant operations (multi-site is a plus)

• Fluent in Spanish and English
