General Manager – Food & Beverage / Hospitality

We’re seeking a hands-on, outgoing General Manager to lead dining and catering operations for a prestigious corporate client. This is not an office job — you’ll be on the floor, inspiring a team of managers and associates, including culinary and catering staff, while delivering exceptional food and service experiences every day.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee daily operations of dining, catering, and café functions
  • Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management for a large team
  • Build and maintain strong client and guest relationships, acting as a trusted problem solver
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus, launch new programs, and ensure visually appealing food presentations
  • Manage financials, P&L, and budgeting (analyst support provided)
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, service standards, and operational policies

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years upscale leadership in corporate dining or high-end hotels
  • Strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and on-floor leadership
  • Trend-savvy, personable, resilient, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
