Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Atlanta GA The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring smooth and efficient management of guest services, staff performance, and operational standards. This role includes financial management, team leadership, operational planning, implementation of brand standards, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. The General Manager will collaborate with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and maintain profitability, while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization
- Operational expertise in hospitality, including guest service excellence and applying brand standards
- Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and external partners effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in hotel management or a related industry role
