Role Description

The General Manager position is a full-time hybrid role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, manage staff performance, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high operational standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves fostering a positive team environment and promoting a culture of excellence in service and operations.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve operational success and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Operational and Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong budget management, cost control, and financial forecasting skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to address and resolve challenges effectively while maintaining a positive outlook and focus on results.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and addressing customer feedback constructively.
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency with restaurant management software and familiarity with Point Of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
