JBS Landscape Company is a leading provider of landscaping and outdoor solutions in Tanzania, delivering high-quality design, construction, and maintenance services. We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and results-driven General Manager to lead our operations and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company.
- Oversee daily operations, projects, and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and performance targets.
- Manage and motivate teams to ensure high productivity and service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Drive business development, marketing initiatives, and revenue growth.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure cost-effective operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Landscape Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5–8 years of senior management experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in financial management, operations, and business development.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
