Who we are

Our team manages the overall financing for GBC, and oversees its positioning as well as the operational partnerships for each individual facility

Responsibilities

Our responsibilities include conducting continuous financial analysis for the GBC project development, preparing Investor Relations (IR) and external marketing materials, performing regular real estate market analysis, and managing real estate-related communications with internal and external stakeholders, such as collaborating with Leasing Managers.

■ GBC Financial Analysis and Support Tasks

  • Support reporting related to GBC financial analysis (modeling)
  • Review and manage GBC financial models
  • Prepare external marketing materials such as IR, and consult/support relevant internal

■ GBC Leasing Strategy Development

  • Develop GBC leasing strategies
  • Provide overall support including developing leasing strategies in collaboration with Leasing Managers, communicating with potential tenants, and managing track records

■ Real Estate Market Research and Other Support Tasks

  • Real estate market research and other support tasks
  • Conduct regular real estate market research (e.g., current status of leasing/investment markets
  • Support tasks such as preparing internal/external reports and coordinating meetings related to the GBC project

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in real estate asset investment/management or Corporate Finance
  • Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication), e.g. negotiating English contracts, leading meetings, and writing reports in English with overseas partners
  • Strong understanding of financial models related to business feasibility analysis
  • Experience in preparing reports using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Major in Finance, Accounting, Business/Economics, or STEM fields
  • Native proficiency in English; Degree from a university in an English-speaking country, or experience of living/working abroad
  • Holder of real estate and finance-related certifications (e.g., Certified Investment Manager, Certified Real Estate Developer)
  • High proficiency in business feasibility analysis and financial modeling, with the ability to evaluate the business value of various asset types including office, retail, and hotel properties
  • Proficiency in using ARGUS
