What you’ll do
As part of the Data & Reporting Team within NIBC’s Retail department, you will support the management and delivery of accurate investor reporting and financial data. You will work closely with experienced professionals in an open and collaborative environment focused on innovation, data quality, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting investor reporting and investor services activities
- Working with financial data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Analyzing large datasets and identifying improvement opportunities
- Contributing to data management processes for mortgages and savings
- Automating reporting and data processes wherever possible
- Collaborating across teams to meet deadlines and business requirements
What we’re looking for
We are looking for motivated professionals who are eager to learn, analytical by nature, and excited to make an impact through data and finance.
You bring:
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Affinity with numbers, reporting, and data analysis
- Experience or interest in tools such as Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, or Business Objects
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-changing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field
- A team-player mentality with the confidence to take initiative and ask questions
Nice to have:
- Experience with finance and control reporting processes
- Knowledge of asset management or mortgage securitizations (Originate to Manage / Originate to Distribute)
- Understanding of the Dutch retail mortgage market
