Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Reno, NV, for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will handle day-to-day financial operations, including managing financial statements, overseeing bookkeeping tasks, processing payroll taxes, creating accurate journal entries, and supporting other accounting needs. This role requires a high level of organization, accuracy, and the ability to work in a dynamic professional environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and preparation of Financial Statements
- Ability to prepare and record accurate Journal Entries for accounting purposes
- Strong understanding and experience with Payroll Taxes
- Solid foundation in Accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in public accounting or working with small businesses is a plus
