1. Job Descriptions:
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Support the development of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), T15, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow planning.
- Manage rolling forecast processes to ensure timely and accurate financial projections.
- Drive forecast accuracy and maintain high-quality financial data and reporting standards.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning, and variance analysis.
Business Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze actual business performance against budget and forecast.
- Identify key variances, business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide root-cause analysis and recommend mitigation plans for performance gaps.
- Support profitability analysis, concentrate analysis, and new product launch evaluations.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare monthly financial performance reports and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate closely with JV Planning Team, Franchise Management Team, and Marketing Team.
- Coordinate with OU on monthly/quarterly submissions, forecasting updates, and financial Q&A.
- Ensure management information is accurate, timely, and reliable.
Continuous Improvement
- Improve planning processes, reporting quality, and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on business trends, market movements, and financial developments impacting the business.

- Monthly management reporting
- P&L management through forecast cycle (AOP Phase1 and Phase2, Quarterly forecast)
- Commercial (Concentrate, profit analysis, new product launch)
- Market: Vietnam
3. Job requirements
• Bachelor degree in a closely related field such as accounting, banking, finance, business and/or economics
• At least 6-year experience with FMCG company
• Fluent English and good Excel
• Quickly analyzes problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions
• Sees connections in data, events, trends, etc.
• Having commercial sense is preferable
• Dynamic, team work, and good communication
• Truthful and integrity given the access to sensitive information
• Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
