WHAT YOU WILL DO

The FP&A Manager will play a key role in annual business planning, quarterly reforecasting and monthly mid-month projections. This role is responsible for OPEX/cost optimization and identifying profit & performance improvement opportunities supported by a strategic action plan with a measurable financial impact.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance financial models and support ongoing forecasting needs
  • Manage operating expenses and month-end close processes, delivering timely, accurate managerial reporting and clear analysis of Actual vs. Forecast vs. Plan variances
  • Support financial evaluation of new initiatives and ad hoc, cross-functional analyses to identify profit and performance improvement opportunities with measurable financial impact

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related discipline with a minimum 5-7 years of experience in budgeting, planning and financial modeling/analysis, including product pricing and profitability, program or business unit profitability
  • Expert-level knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting systems, including financial data organization, modeling, and managerial reporting
  • Strong understanding of business drivers and their impact on P&L performance, supported by solid working knowledge of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow fundamentals
  • Strong understanding of financial services data environments and technologies, with the ability to extract, analyze, and derive insights from enterprise data
  • Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, combined with strong execution and attention to detail
  • Proficient in data extraction, manipulation, and presentation using Excel and PowerPoint, with intermediate to advanced SQL/PL/SQL querying skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and collaborate effectively across all levels
  • Results-driven professional known for integrity, sound judgment, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work independently or in teams and appropriately challenge existing practices to drive improvement
  • MBA and PL/SQL, SAS programming is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment.

The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
