An established, high-growth financial institution is hiring an FP&A Manager to own forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis and decision support for the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
- Build and maintain financial models for revenue, margin, cash flow and unit economics.
- Support annual budgeting and strategic planning.
- Partner with commercial/product teams on pricing, product profitability and new market business cases.
- Produce executive dashboards, KPI scorecards and investor-ready packs.
- Drive reporting automation and data integrity across ERP/BI systems.
- Mentor junior analysts and lead ad-hoc strategic projects.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in FP&A / corporate finance experience in financial institution.
- Strong financial modelling, advanced Excel; experience with BI tools (Looker/PowerBI/Tableau) and FP&A platforms advantageous.
- Excellent communicator; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; professional qualification (CFA/ACCA/CPA) preferred.
