HW Finance are partnering with a market-leading retailer seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic insight across the business.
The Role
AsFP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and decision-making. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insightful analysis, support forecasting and budgeting, and provide data-driven recommendations that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
financial planning and analysis
function, ensuring robust forecasting and budgeting processes.
Deliver commercial insights to support
strategic decision-making
across the business.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to drive business performance.
Partner with key stakeholders across departments, providing financial guidance and challenge where necessary.
Monitor financial KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support investment appraisals and business cases for new initiatives.
Drive
continuous improvement
in financial processes and reporting.
Skills and experience:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong FP&A experience in a retail, FMCG, or multi-site environment.
Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
Excellent
communication skills
with the ability to influence at all levels.
