Our Client
Our client is a large private equity backed organisation with a significant international footprint and ambitious growth plans. Following a period of sustained expansion and strategic investment, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth.
To support this continued growth, the organisation is seeking to appoint an FP&A Director to a newly created leadership role. This position will play a critical role in shaping strategic decision-making, supporting investment initiatives and providing the financial insight required to drive future growth.

Key requirements include:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Big 4 or Top 10 trained with a strong technical and analytical foundation
- Significant experience within Group Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Corporate Finance functions in a large corporate, multinational or PLC environment
- Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights
- Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, scenario modelling and strategic analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership teams and support business decision-making
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this newly created role will sit within the senior finance leadership team and play a central role in supporting the organisation's future growth strategy.
- Lead the development of long-term financial plans aligned to business growth objectives, investment priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Own the budgeting, forecasting and rolling reforecasting processes across the business.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to assess the impact of future business events, investments and market developments.
- Provide detailed analysis of business performance, growth opportunities and strategic initiatives to support executive decision-making.
- Support strategic investment decisions through robust financial modelling, business case development and performance evaluation.
- Deliver high-quality financial insights, board-level reporting and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operational and commercial leadership teams to drive performance improvement and support key business decisions.
- Build and enhance FP&A processes, reporting frameworks and planning capabilities as the organisation continues its growth journey.
