Responsibilities
• Role is newly created with the opportunity to make a real impact
• Partner closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and FP&A executives, to deliver strategic financial analysis, reporting, and business insights that support key decision-making.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and analysis of key business drivers and operating performance.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial processes, including variance analysis, accruals, allocations, and enhancements to reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee and enhance quarterly tax forecasting.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and optimization of financial systems.
• Serve as a trusted cross-functional partner, balancing strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
