The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, operational analysis, and portfolio performance initiatives across a dynamic senior housing and healthcare real estate platform. This role partners closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance portfolio performance through data-driven analysis and reporting. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, operational reporting, and cross-functional business support across multiple communities and operating segmen
ts.
