Job summary
The Fixed Asset Inventory Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate records of the organization’s fixed assets, conducting periodic physical inventory checks, reconciling asset records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The role supports effective asset tracking, safeguarding, and reporting across all Bank’s units.
Main Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively, efficiently and effectively with other APS Bank Departments.
- Provide overall assistance and support the Division’s management projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies and standards.
- Perform any other duties / tasks that may be assigned and / or delegated from time to time by the Manager.
- Attend any training as required by the Bank from time-to-time.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications;
- Having knowledge related to fixed assets processes.
- Proven experience in managing a store / purchasing function with subordinates directly reporting to him.
- Ability to conduct physical inspections and work across multiple locations when required.
