In this pivotal role, the Assistant Controller will partner with the Controller and cross-functional teams to enhance financial close processes and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly and annual financial close activities
• Prepare and verify journal entries and reconciliations
• Support consolidation of intercompany transactions
• Ensure adherence to financial compliance standards
• Collaborate with various teams for accurate finance data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation is preferred
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with cross-border financial operations is beneficial
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel
