Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting
Compensation:
$120,000–$145,000 base salary + 25% target bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical accounting research and application of U.S. GAAP for complex transactions
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting and month-end close across multiple entities
- Manage intercompany accounting, eliminations, and consolidation processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and investor/lender reporting
- Develop and strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting procedures
- Mentor and develop team members while driving operational efficiencies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 4+ years in a leadership capacity
- Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, including partnership and consolidation accounting
- Experience with HLBV, tax equity structures, or project-based accounting environments preferred
