Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Operations Analyst to support fund accounting and investment reporting operations within a fast-paced financial services environment.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in fund accounting, investment reporting, reconciliations, and operational reporting support who enjoy structured, analytical work and collaborating with global teams.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Reporting Production & Quality Control
- Prepare and update recurring investment performance, investor, and regulatory reports
- Refresh and validate data from approved systems and reporting sources
- Perform first-line quality checks and ensure reporting accuracy
Data Validation & Reconciliations
- Apply established business rules, mappings, and classifications
- Reconcile reports against administrator files and system outputs
- Investigate and document discrepancies and escalate issues where necessary
Operational Support & Reporting Maintenance
- Run scheduled refreshes/jobs for reports, dashboards, and operational deliverables
- Monitor report processing and troubleshoot basic reporting issues
- Maintain and update SOPs, checklists, and process documentation
Coordination & Stakeholder Support
- Work within defined reporting calendars and deadlines
- Coordinate with fund administrators and internal teams for data and reporting requirements
- Handle inbound reporting requests and escalate complex issues appropriately
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting operations, or investment reporting support
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, error tracing, large datasets)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with investor or regulatory reporting
- Exposure to SQL, VBA, or data tools
- Experience with Advent Geneva or similar investment accounting platforms
- Familiarity with Databricks, Sigma, Tableau, or BI/reporting tools
