Looking for Financial Reporting expert, Experience in Listed Manufacturing companies (MUST)
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Lead preparation and finalization of financial statements including balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS )
- Review general ledger, reconciliations, and closing activities
Balance Sheet Management
- Oversee balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, and substantiation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all line items
- Drive periodic review and clean-up of balance sheet items
Statutory Audit Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for statutory auditors
- Manage audit timelines, data requests, and issue resolution
- Ensure smooth completion of statutory and internal audits
Investor Relations Support
- Handle investor queries related to financial performance and disclosures
- Support preparation of investor presentations, reports, and disclosures
- Collaborate with senior leadership on financial communication
Treasury
- Support cash flow planning and liquidity management
- Monitor fund utilization and banking transactions
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions
- Assist in working capital management and short-term investments
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards
- Experience in audit handling and financial statement preparation
- Good understanding of treasury operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and investor interactions
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems
