Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist (Senior Associate) located in Singapore. You will be responsible for preparing financial plans, analyzing business and market trends, and supporting decision-making through financial models and reports. Additional responsibilities include evaluating financial statements, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing insights to enhance forecasting accuracy and budget alignment with strategic goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Anchor management accounting, lead and drive periodic financial analysis reports.
- Able to leverage on data analytics skills, finance and accounting fundamentals to provide both descriptive insights on business performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track the financial and operating metrics.
- Collaborate with business and operations to better understand the financials and its drivers.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably with knowledge in Futures and Options, OTC derivatives, securities and fixed income products.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accountancy.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to link financial numbers with business activities.
- Preferably with Big 4 experience.
- Knowledge in SQL and python.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including Mandarin
- Strong team player and good inter-personal skills.
