$80–$110/hr
A fast-growing PE-backed business within the DFW market is looking to bring in an experienced FP&A Manager to support a major period of commercial growth, reporting enhancement and finance transformation.
This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership across:
- Forecasting & budgeting
- Financial modelling
- KPI reporting
- Cash flow analysis
- Board/investor reporting
- Business partnering
- Process improvement initiatives
- ERP / reporting optimisation projects
Ideal background:
- 7+ years FP&A experience
- Strong commercial finance exposure
- PE-backed, SaaS or high-growth environment experience highly desirable
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- Power BI / NetSuite / Adaptive Insights exposure beneficial
- Ability to operate within fast-moving environments
The business is looking for someone able to make an immediate impact and work closely with leadership during a key scaling phase.
