A growing, tech-focused Logistics & Supply Chain organization is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to support strategic financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis initiatives. This individual will play a key role in providing financial insights, supporting executive decision-making, and driving performance across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning models.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for executive leadership.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, business initiatives, and investment decisions.
  • Partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Executive Management to evaluate business performance and opportunities.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and support working capital planning activities.
  • Improve and automate financial reporting processes, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
  • Prepare board-level reporting materials and executive presentations.
  • Support special projects, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial credential preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models and forecasts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, complex formulas, and data analysis.
  • Experience within the logistics & supply chain space is a huge plus.
  • Experience with financial planning systems, business intelligence tools, and ERP platforms is preferred.
  • Experience supporting high-growth, private equity-backed, or rapidly scaling organizations.
