Overview: We are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to support firmwide budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. This role will play a key part in the implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring the platform supports scalable planning, reporting, and decision‑making. The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A experience within a professional services environment and the ability to translate business needs into effective planning models and financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the finance-side implementation and enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning, defining model logic, structures, and workflows.
• Own the design, validation, and continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting models.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, business stakeholders, and the implementation team.
• Drive the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long‑range planning processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain financial models, cash flow forecasts, and multi‑year strategic plans.
• Apply professional services economics (utilization, realization, headcount planning, engagement profitability) to planning frameworks.
• Prepare and deliver management-ready financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to align financial plans with operational objectives. • Standardize and document FP&A processes, reporting methodologies, and controls.
• Support ad hoc analysis, strategic initiatives, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience within professional services.
• Strong functional expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning (model design, forecasting logic, reporting structures).
• Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and professional services planning processes.
• Experience building cash flow forecasts and multi‑year strategic plans.
• Proven ability to prepare executive-level financial presentations.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI or data visualization tools is a plus.
