Finatal is partnering with a PE-backed Managed Services business undergoing a significant transformation and seeking an ambitious FP&A professional to help improve reporting, forecasting and business decision-making.
This is a highly visible role within a growing organisation, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and directly influence performance, resource allocation and value creation.
Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Produce insightful management reporting, KPI analysis and performance tracking
- Translate financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Build strong relationships across finance and the wider business to support decision-making
- Deliver analysis on sales performance, trends and commercial opportunities
- Improve the quality, accuracy and consistency of reporting, forecasting and governance frameworks
- Support strategic initiatives, business change programmes and value creation projects
Candidate Profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High levels of ownership, drive and accountability
- Understanding of modern analytics and AI tools
- PE-backed, high-growth or sales analytics experience beneficial
