The Senior Associate, FP&A will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for our growing wealth management business. This role blends strong analytical capabilities with deep accounting knowledge to deliver insights that guide strategic decision‑making, profitability optimization, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable working with complex financial models, and able to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
4 days in office in Brickell.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate business performance, client profitability, and revenue trends across advisory and investment products.
- Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting, proper revenue recognition, and alignment with GAAP.
- Analyze operating expenses, headcount, and compensation structures to support cost management initiatives.
- Prepare executive‑ready presentations summarizing financial results, KPIs, and forward‑looking insights.
- Monitor AUM, fee structures, client segmentation, and product‑level economics to support strategic planning.
- Assist in scenario modeling, long‑range planning, and capital allocation decisions.
- Improve FP&A processes, reporting automation, and data quality in collaboration with finance and technology teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience; wealth management or financial services strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, and accounting close processes.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 USD base salary per year.
