We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to join this organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying key business drivers and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop advanced financial analyses, forecasts, and what-if scenarios to support management decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), explain deviations, and formulate data-driven recommendations.
- Transform financial data into relevant insights and concrete proposals for optimising the company's performance.
- Actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Collaborate with business teams, providing analytical support and assessing the financial impact of initiatives and investments.
- Utilise and optimise ERP, BI, and financial models for analysis, reporting, and data visualisation.
- Contribute to digitalisation, automation, and continuous improvement projects for financial processes and reporting.
- Prepare presentations and analysis materials for management, synthesising complex information into clear, action-oriented recommendations.
- Contribute to the standardisation of FP&A processes and to the enhancement of the quality and consistency of financial data.
Requirements
- Relevant experience (minimum 5 years) in FP&A, controlling or financial analysis in complex/multinational environments
- Extensive experience in independent analysis of financial data and formulating business recommendations
- Solid knowledge of P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet (IFRS)
- Experience in variance analysis and identifying business drivers
- Financial modelling skills and analysis of various business scenarios
- Ability to transform complex data into insights and actionable recommendations
- Experience in preparing presentations for management (PowerPoint / executive reporting)
- Experience in using ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent)
- Practical experience in developing, modifying and using BI reports/dashboards (e.g. Power BI)
- Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
