Technical Skills / Tools
Must Have:
- Planning software experience (most critical requirement)
- Anaplan
- SAP BPC
- Strong Excel skills are expected, but experience with advanced planning or analytics tools beyond Excel is preferred
- Ability to present financial data clearly and explain results to stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP cloud-based planning and analytics tool
- Power BI
- M&A exposure
- CapEx analysis (currently handled by an existing analyst)
- Financial modeling, including NPV and ROI calculations

- Ability to build presentations, explain financial results, and communicate insights effectively

- Potential future managerial opportunity, though an internal move into management did not occur previously
