🔎 About the Role
Our company Archeiothiki S.A. is looking for a Financial Planning & Analyst to support strategic decision-making through high-quality financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset.
🧩Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end annual budgeting and mid-year forecasting processes
• Coordinate month-end close inputs and prepare monthly management reports
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making
• Conduct variance analysis and deliver insights on performance drivers
• Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to provide actionable financial insights
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies
🎓Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, business planning, or analytical roles
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Experience in fast-paced or growth environments is preferred
