We serve successful individuals, families, and business owners through integrated financial planning, tax, and wealth management solutions. As our Private Wealth team continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated Financial Planning Associate or experienced Planner who is eager to deepen their planning expertise and build a long-term career in advisory services.

This role is ideal for a licensed professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to deliver exceptional client experiences, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is motivated to progress into expanded planning responsibilities over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with lead advisors to prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive financial plans using platforms such as eMoney, Income Lab, Schwab, our CRM, and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze client data to develop planning analyses and projections across retirement, investment, estate, tax, and insurance planning.
  • Prepare clear, client-ready meeting materials, reports, and follow-up summaries.
  • Coordinate and execute post-meeting action items to ensure accurate, timely, and proactive client service.
  • Support advisors with planning, research, and strategy development to enhance client outcomes and experiences.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2 years minimum of experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or client service within a wealth management or advisory firm.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Series 65 required; CFP® preferred, or progress toward CFP® required.
