主な責任:
- 会社の借入金と返済を管理および監視する
- キャッシュフロープランを開発し実施する
- 金融機関とのリース契約を交渉する
- 管理財務報告書を作成し分析する
- リース資産を含む固定資産管理を監督する
- 財務監査および決算プロセスを主導する
- 財務戦略の開発と実施を支援する
要件:
- 上場企業またはIPO準備企業での3年以上の財務管理経験（必須）
- ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（必須）
- 機関との財務交渉の経験（必須）
- データ分析のためのExcelの熟練度（必須）
- 月次および年次の財務締めプロセスの理解（必須）
