Financial Manager – Germiston – Occupational Health & Healthcare Services R50k-R60k

Manage the full financial function, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

Ensure tax, payroll, and statutory compliance

Control costs and support profitability across clinics and services

Provide financial insights to management to support decision-making

Proven experience in financial management and reporting

Strong budgeting and cash flow management skills

Solid knowledge of South African tax and compliance

Ability to manage and lead a finance team

5–8 years’ experience in a Financial Manager role

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

CA(SA), CIMA, or similar qualification is an advantage

Experience in healthcare, services, or multi-site operations preferred
