Financial Manager – fixed term contract until end of February 2027 (m/f)
What You'll Be Doing
In that role, you will support business performance and strategic decision-making across an international environment, working closely with senior leaders to drive growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Deliver financial insights, KPIs, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Build financial models, business cases, and profitability analyses to support business growth.
- Present financial analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to finance transformation initiatives.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA) is a plus.
- Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering within an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
- Proven use of SAP S/4 HANA
- Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and Excel skills.
- Experience with reporting and planning tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, SmartView, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
