Director of Finance
Our client, a rapidly growing healthcare platform with over $1.5B in revenue, is seeking a Director of Finance to join its expanding finance organization. This is a high-visibility opportunity supporting long-range financial planning, strategic initiatives, and organizational growth efforts as the company continues to scale.
This role will partner closely with senior leadership and play a key role in forecasting, capital planning, cash flow analysis, and broader FP&A initiatives. The position offers strong exposure across the organization and the opportunity to help build and evolve the finance function over time.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Support forward-looking cash flow planning and strategic finance initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership on financial analysis and decision support
- Assist with future capital planning and IPO readiness initiatives
- Drive improvements in financial reporting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Support implementation and optimization of finance systems and reporting tools
- Manage and mentor junior team members as the team continues to grow
Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related finance functions
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Exposure to treasury, capital planning, investor relations, and/or IPO readiness initiatives preferred
- Experience with Oracle and Hyperion strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with executive leadership
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
