A leading company in supply chain solutions is looking for a Financial Controller (m/f/d) to reinforce their Financial team.
Your new role
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making (ratio analysis, trend analysis, etc);
- Prepare financial reports that comply with accounting standards and accurately reflect the financial position of the company;
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure financial and operational performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Liaisons with other departments, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to develop and implement business strategies as well as challenge business performance and perform gap analysis;
- Implements and monitors internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows;
- Perform analysis, interpretation, control and information on the critical management activities;
- Promote regular interaction with the areas/BUs, in order to monitor and measure the evolution of the main indicators of the activity;
- Identify and antecipate project risks and cost overruns and support the implementation of mitigation activities;
- Support product estimation, monitor, review and assure that standard costs are accuratly reflected.
What you'll need to suceed
- Degree in Management, Economics or Finance;
- 6-9 years of experience in similar positions;
- Proficiency in Financial analysis and management controla;
- Experience in Project Controlling;
- Strong understanding of Accounting Legislation and Tax Rules;
- Experience with SAP is a must;
- Fluent in English;
- Hands-on attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
