The Opportunity
An established, high-growth organisation operating across South Africa and Africa is seeking a technically strong Financial Controller to take ownership of operational finance, treasury, reporting integrity, compliance, and financial controls within a complex commercial environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-entity business environments.
To Qualify for This Opportunity, You Should Ideally Have:
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (non-negotiable)
- 3+ years post-articles experience in a Financial Controller / Finance Manager / Senior
Finance role
- 3–5 years’ team leadership / people management experience
- Strong treasury, cash flow management, and financial controls experience
- Experience managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Audit preparation and external audit coordination experience
- Exposure to statutory compliance, tax filings, and governance controls
- Experience within multi-entity / group finance environments
- ERP systems experience (NetSuite / Dynamics 365 advantageous)
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, mining, manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex commercial environments preferred
