Financial Controller – Brussels
We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join a growing organisation based in Brussels.
As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, improving reporting processes, and providing valuable insights to support effective business decisions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor performance, optimise financial processes, and contribute to the organisation’s continued success.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, management information, and performance indicators
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance against objectives
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial analysis
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data and reporting processes
- Collaborate with Finance and business teams to improve financial efficiency and controls
Your profile:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in financial controlling, reporting, or a similar finance position
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with financial systems and reporting tools
- Structured, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders
