Title: Financial Controller

Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end finance operations including AP, month-end closing, and coordination with Shared Service Centre and key stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and maintain integrity of financial statements
- Manage statutory compliance including SST, corporate tax, and statutory reporting/filings
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of key financial metrics (e.g. order book, WIP financing, management reporting)
- Drive internal controls framework and ensure compliance across finance processes
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow, FX hedging, payroll accounting, and employee expense reimbursements
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance operations, financial reporting, taxation, and treasury within MNC environments, with audit background preferred
- Possess relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA) and a degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong hands-on, detail-oriented with solid analytical capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills; proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
