The Financial Controller will oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing accounting records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and generating financial reporting. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, monitoring financial performance, and developing strategies to support business growth. Collaboration with leadership to support decision-making through data analysis and maintaining financial health is a core part of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
- Proficiency in Finance and financial management practices
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating data and generating insights
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience in the automotive or retail industry is an advantage
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and present financial findings
