- Question and improve how our financial processes work, with a strong drive to automate manual tasks and scale what works well.
- Build, maintain and further develop the central datastore used to reconcile data between the Etpa platform and accounting software, with a drive to automate and scale where possible.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Support the CFO with financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Maintain and improve the financial administration and chart of accounts in Exact Online, actively identifying opportunities to optimize the setup.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and follow-up.
- Prepare and file VAT returns and other statutory obligations across relevant jurisdictions (NL, DE, MT).
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to support the annual audit and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
