Position Description
The Financial Broker plays a key role within the commercial and financial team of Think Trade Finance, based in Vilnius.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying their financial needs and proposing customized solutions.
On a daily basis, the Financial Broker will:
- Research, evaluate, and compare financial products and services;
- Identify suitable financing, credit, leasing, factoring, and insurance solutions;
- Negotiate the most advantageous terms and conditions with financial institutions and business partners;
- Prepare proposals and quotations for clients;
- Collect, review, and verify the documentation required for financing and insurance applications;
- Monitor ongoing transactions and provide continuous support to clients throughout the process;
- Maintain regular relationships with banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, and strategic partners;
- Prepare reports and update company CRM systems.
The role requires frequent interaction with corporate clients, lenders, insurers, and internal teams, contributing directly to the company's business development activities.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, with the ability to assess clients' financial needs and propose sustainable long-term solutions.
- Solid understanding of finance and financial services, including banking products, credit facilities, and corporate financial solutions.
- Experience in, or strong interest in, commercial finance, including business loans, leasing solutions, equipment financing, and operating leases.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Financial Broker, Financial Advisor, Banking Professional, or Insurance Consultant is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong client-oriented mindset and attention to detail in document management and administrative processes.
- Good knowledge of standard IT and CRM tools.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required; knowledge of additional Baltic or European languages will be considered an advantage.
