🔹 Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst (1–3 years experience) to support monthly financial operations including payments, accruals, reporting, and analysis within a high-volume environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payments, accruals, and invoices
- Analyze large datasets to generate financial insights and reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Investigate variance vs budget/forecast and explain key drivers
- Prepare journal entries and assist in month/year-end close
- Generate and distribute financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiencies
- Support audits, data analysis, and ad-hoc financial requests
🔹 Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in finance/accounting/analytics
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools
- Experience with Oracle, Essbase, or similar systems
- Ability to work with large datasets and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
🔹 Education
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field
