Role Description

  • Financial Analyst:Analyze financial data, budgets, forecasts, and variances to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and scenarios.
  • Support cost analysis, revenue tracking, and KPI monitoring across departments.
  • Senior Financial Analyst:Lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
  • Develop advanced financial models to support investment, pricing, and business decisions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial performance trends.
  • Mentor junior analysts and review financial outputs for accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and performance improvement.
  • Finance Business Partner:Act as a strategic partner to business units, supporting operational and commercial decision-making.
  • Translate financial data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for assigned business areas.
  • Influence business strategy through financial analysis, scenario planning, and performance tracking.
  • Drive financial accountability and alignment between finance and operational teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.
  • Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business partnering (2–4 years for Analyst; 4–7 years for Senior Analyst; 6–10+ years for Finance Business Partner).
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP/Oracle is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and recommendations.
